Nice hotel with good big rooms very clean. This is a very big hotel, so the service is impersonal and slow, especially for a 5 star hotel.
We had several issues with our room: They clean the rooms late in the afternoon, rather than in the morning, which i found strange as well.
There are works in front of the hotel at the moment building new swimming pools , so the view from the window is not that nice and you can also hear the noise even from the 28th floor.
As the main swimming-pool is under construction you have to walk really long in order to get to the other one.
I would not stay here again. Our suite was rather comfortable and nicely decorated. The suites are just enormous and feel like luxury.
